What the Yutai MCP server records
The Yutai MCP server lets AI assistants and agents read public Yutai data: the registry of tokenized stocks, chains, tokenizers, public on-chain activity and the benefits available in a market. This notice explains what Yutai Technologies, Inc. ("Yutai", "we") records when the server is called. It does not cover the AI assistant you use: that provider's own terms and privacy policy apply to your conversation with it.
Public tools, no account
The public tools need no account and no key. We do not receive your name, email, conversation or prompt. We only receive the tool call your assistant sends, such as "list the chains" or "benefits for these stocks in Malta".
What we record on each call
| Data | Why |
|---|---|
| Tool name, time, response status and response time | Operate and monitor the service, fix errors, count usage |
| The caller's network address (IP), stored in full and in a shortened form | Apply the limit of 60 calls a minute per address, prevent abuse and investigate security incidents |
| For calls made with a Yutai developer key: the developer platform, the key's id and its public prefix (never the key itself) | Apply that key's permissions and limits, and show the developer their own usage |
| For calls made by an agent a holder has approved: the agent registration id | Show the holder and Yutai which approved agent read which data |
The tool inputs of public calls (for example a country code or a list of stock identifiers) are used to answer the call. We do not use them to profile you.
How long we keep it
- Call records, including the network address: up to 90 days, then deleted.
- Daily totals per developer platform, key and tool, with no network address: kept longer to report usage over time.
What we do not do
- We do not sell call data, and we do not use it for advertising.
- We do not set cookies on the MCP server.
- Public tools never return personal data about holders. Holder data is only readable by an agent the holder has approved, and only that holder's own data.
- Nothing on the server writes, moves or transfers a token or a share.
Who processes it
The server runs on cloud infrastructure in the European Union operated for Yutai. Access to call records is limited to Yutai staff who operate the service, and each access to sensitive records is logged.
Your choices and rights
You can stop sending calls at any time by removing the Yutai connector from your assistant. Depending on where you live, you may have rights to access, correct or delete personal data, or to object to its use. Write to [email protected] and we will answer within 30 days.
Changes
We will update this page when the server records something new, for example when holder access opens to the public. The date at the top shows the latest version.
