Carnival pays its holders in onboard credit. America's best-known holder benefit, renewed for 2026.
Carnival Corporation (about $38.8B), the world's largest cruise group, gives holders of 100 shares a credit to spend on board every time they sail with one of its brands. The benefit has been renewed for sailings through 31 December 2026 on unchanged terms. It runs across eight brands in four regions, each in its own currency, and holders claim it in an app before they sail.

A credit on every eligible cruise, as long as the holder sails.
The credit is spent on board: drinks, dining, excursions, spa. It cannot be cashed, transferred or used in the casino, and the holder has to be on the cruise.

One benefit, four currencies, eight brands.
Carnival sets the credit in the currency used on board each ship, so the same 100 shares unlock a credit in dollars, euros, pounds or Australian dollars depending on where the holder sails.

Paid in the company's own product
Onboard credit costs Carnival far less than its face value and is spent on its own ships.
Every benefit is a booking
The credit only appears when the holder books and boards, so every benefit is also a customer visit.
Global brands, one share class
Four regions and currencies are covered, but eligibility rests on one share class and one verification route.
Per claim, per booking
Holders validate their holding and file each claim weeks ahead. Friction stays with the holder.
Size, not time
The benefit rewards holding 100 shares today. It does not yet reward how long they have been held.
Verified once, recognised everywhere
Yutai lets listed companies recognise and reward verified holders wherever their shares are held, including tokenized shares, so a benefit like this reaches holders on every venue.
