Name
In text, write Yutai with a capital Y. The wordmark is always lowercase: yutai. The company is Yutai Technologies, Inc.
The name comes from 優待 (yutai), the Japanese word for preferential treatment, as in kabunushi yutai, the benefits Japanese listed companies have offered their holders for about a century. Keep the Japanese characters as they are. Do not translate the name, abbreviate it, or write it as YUTAI or Yu-tai.
Logo
The seal is a one-colour ticket with the Y cut out. Use the horizontal lockup by default, the stacked lockup where space is square, and the seal alone where the name already appears nearby. All files are vector outlines, so no fonts are needed.
Clear space and minimum size
Give the logo room. Keep clear space on every side equal to a quarter of the seal's height.
- Seal: at least 16 px on screen, 6 mm in print.
- Horizontal lockup: at least 80 px wide on screen, 24 mm in print.
- Stacked lockup: at least 64 px wide. Below that, use the seal alone.
- Benefits badge: at least 24 px tall.
Benefits badge
For wallets, exchanges and brokers that integrate Yutai. The badge tells a holder that benefits exist for an instrument they hold or view, and links to the details.

Rough balance in a layout: mostly ink and indigo, light text, a small amount of green.

One line
Yutai is the utility layer for tokenized equities: infrastructure that lets listed companies offer benefits to verified holders wherever their shares are held.
Standard
Yutai is the utility layer for tokenized equities. It connects listed companies, the wallets, exchanges and brokers where their shares are held, and the people who hold them. Companies use Yutai to offer benefits to verified holders, with holding periods respected, across chains and venues, while distributors integrate one API to show those benefits to their users. Yutai is a technology provider and is not an issuer, broker, exchange or custodian. Benefits are voluntary programs offered by issuers or trading venues. Yutai is built by Yutai Technologies, Inc.
